GRASFI 2021 will use Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub to host the virtual Conference. It is a browser based platform, no special download is required.

 

You will need a device (desktop, laptop, tablet, or a mobile phone) connected to the Internet.

It works on all major browsers. However, it works best on Google Chrome so if possible please download this in advance in order to have the best experience.

Prior to the start of the Conference, you will receive an email providing detailed instructions on how to connect to the virtual platform.

 

Speakers and presenters will be contacted directly closer to the event date with instructions on how to join their virtual session. Speakers and presenters will connect via Zoom, so if you are presenting, please download the latest Zoom version ahead of time.

One week prior to the conference, you will receive an email via the email you used to register for the conference containing all of the instructions on how to access the virtual conference. 

Click on the link you have received and make your way to the virtual platform portal. You will need to enter your full name and the email address you used to register to gain access. An activation code will be sent to your email address. Please make sure it has not landed on your spam folder. Enter the activation code and log in. Once logged in, you will want to proceed to edit your profile, navigate the sessions tab, and save the sessions you plan to attend to your personal calendar. You will also be able to look at the attendees list and have the ability to network and request 1 to 1 meetings.

The login credentials created is unique to each person who is registered for the Conference. Only one device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone) will be allowed to enter the virtual conference using the individual’s login details.

We encourage you to ask questions at any time using the Q&A function available on the Session player area. Questions are submitted to the Moderator and will be reviewed and placed into the queue for the Q&A sessions at the end of each session.

Translation and closed caption (subtitles) will not be available on live sessions, but we are looking into ways of adding this feature once they are added to the recorded sessions library.

If connected to our virtual platform, guests can direct themselves to the help desk available through the “Help” button.

All sessions will be recorded and made available on the “On Demand” tab of the virtual platform the next day.

Within the virtual conference platform, there is a “Help” option in the navigation that will connect you with a live person to troubleshoot any technical issues you’re experiencing. You can also contact us at grasfi2021@sustainablefinancealliance.org.

No, the Conference will be held fully online.

Refunds will be issued if notified on or before 31st August 2021 and will be subject to a £4 cancellation fee. No refund will be issued to registered participants who cancel after this date. Participants unable to attend may transfer their ticket (attendance to the whole conference) to another person and must contact us at grasfi2021@sustainablefinancealliance.org by 31st August with the name and contact details of the new attendee.
